Sgt. Nate Fitness specializes in athletic conditioning through body weight exercises as found in the signature workout system, The Ranger Training Workout. It’s a series of calisthenic body weight exercises similar to what is done with our troops during basic training. It is a very intense workout program where push ups, dips, lunges, sit ups and more are done to high volume and military tempo. Kettle bell training is another high intensity training program offered at SNF along with cross training routines such as box jumps, medicine ball, agility ladder and more. Nate Fitness offers a variety of workout and training DVD’s, a cookbook, a training/nutrition journal, Q&A booklet, and motivational CD. The session sizes range from 6 to 10 depending on the training program to allow for more efficient training experience as well as provide personal training attention in a class training environment.
