Incompetent and dishonest. Things started out well but the end result was a nightmare. I called this company to have a nest of live birds removed from the duct of my second floor bathroom exhaust fan. This company claims to be an expert at animal/bird removal. They called back right away and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They removed the vent cover on the outside wall, pulled the nest out, and replaced the vent cover with a new one with wire mesh to prevent other birds from making a nest there. Turns out that they left a live bird inside the duct, which was then trapped because of the wire mesh they installed on the vent cover. I called several times and left messages but never heard back from them again. I don’t have a ladder that can reach the vent cover, so the next morning I had to cut open the ceiling and remove the ducting to let the bird out before it died and started rotting inside the duct. And, if all that wasn’t bad enough, they price gouged.
